We are able to act on both sides of a transaction ie for buyer and seller of a property. This can enable us to reduce the time taken to complete the overall process.
We strongly recommend that you appoint a conveyancer as soon as you are thinking about buying or selling a home. Why not save time and organise it in advance? Preparatory work can be carried out by your conveyancer and help to eradicate any delays later. In fact, by being prepared you could move three or four weeks sooner.
